1. Acceptance

By using Lexicon (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Description

Lexicon is a free word puzzle game available as a mobile app, web app, and Reddit experience. The Game includes daily challenges, multiplayer modes, leaderboards, and streaks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lexicon. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts

Lexicon creates an anonymous account using a randomly generated ID. No registration or personal information is required. When playing through Reddit, your Reddit username is used as your display name on the leaderboard.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

Use offensive, abusive, or profane display names
Exploit bugs, use automation, or tamper with game data
Interfere with other players’ experience
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to filter or reject display names and word submissions that violate these guidelines.

In multiplayer games you can report any player for objectionable content or abusive behavior, and you can block any player. Blocking instantly hides that player’s name and mutes their voice chat for you, and notifies us. We review all reports and act on violations within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting offending users.

6. Availability

Lexicon is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Lexicon are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Game without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using Lexicon at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings screen. We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
